SRVGAL is governed by three sets of rules that take the following precedence:
1. The SRVGAL "Standing Rules" are internal articles governed by the SRVGAL General Board and
the SRVGAL Executive Board. These rules cover the overall and specific operation of SRVGAL.
These rules take the highest precedence.
2. The SRVGAL General Board approves modifications or exceptions to the ASA Rules of Play.
These modifications take precedence over ASA Rules.
3. SRVGAL play is governed by ASA Rules as published for the current season.
