Please read this information carefully!
Registration is open at this time. Registration starts on 9/1/2009. Remember, higher fees associated with late registration begin 11/1/2009.
NOTE: For the 2010 season, we have switched to a new
registration system at Clubspaces.
'New Player' registration is required for all SRVGAL
players.
Fees
Registration rates for the 2010 season if registration is
completed or received by 10/31/09:
$130 for
Pre-K/K
$140 for 1st/2nd
$160 for 3rd/4th to High School
There is a
discount available for additional family members.
A $50 fee will be added for NOT volunteering for a team or
league position.

$180 for
Pre-K/K
$190 for 1st/2nd
$210 for 3rd/4th to High School

2010
Registration Form.
Refund Deadline
There are no refunds of registration fees after January 4, 2010. Please make sure you are registering for the correct
thing and that you can commit to necessary practices and games.
Birth Certificates
New players to SRVGAL must provide a photocopy of their birth certificate at the time they
register to verify proper age placement. Please send the copy of your birth certificate to:

If you would like us to return the copy of the birth certificate, please include a self-addressed
stamped envelope with proper postage.
