If you are interested in coaching (head coach or assistant coach) a SRVGAL team for the 2010 season, please complete and submit the online application below. If you are selected to coach a team, you will then be required to submit additional information in order for SRVGAL to complete a background check. No coaches will be APPROVED until the background check is complete.

NOTE: If you are interested in coaching one of the more competitive Red/Blue teams, you must submit this online application before 10/15/09.
